| 文章内容 | 3.2 New Product / New Process - PE 2新产品 / 新过程 – PE2 As a general rule, the development of a new product which requires a large amount of co-ordination and the development of existing product variants, or products involving new manufacturing technology, is classified as a standard product development. 作为一条总的规律,我们将包含大量协调工作的新品开发以及对已有产品作改动的开发,或是涉及新的生产技术的产品开发归类为标准产品开发。 Work on the project in accordance with Advanced Product Quality Planning, as described below, is required to cover all of the elements involved and is mainly carried out by the supplier on his own responsibility. 这类开发要符合APQP(描述如下),并对所涉及的各个指标都进行开发,这主要由供应商自发自主进行。 The supplier reports on this as agreed, or on his own responsibility:供应商按双方同意的时间作报告,或自发进行: • at the start of the project and 在项目初始以及 • at the end of the project and 项目收尾以及 • in good time if deadlines are at risk of not being met (APQP element status yellow or red) using the APQP status report. This applies to all APQP elements. 如果是在可能赶不上截至日期时(APQP中指标状态为黄色或红色),使用APQP状态报告。这适用于所有的APQP指标。 3.3 Standard Product - PE 3标准产品 – PE3 The classification level covers project work of a limited, or less complex nature, which is, however, controlled by a series of milestones and is carried out entirely at the responsibility of the supplier. The procedure used and method of reporting to the customer is for the supplier to decide. APQP or a similar method may be used. The supplier’s QM system must ensure that this is properly controlled in organizational terms. This project class normally covers the delivery of standard products. 这类开发是指对有限的或较简单的项目所作的工作,然而,它也需要有一系列的阶段目标进行控制,且完全是由供应商自己完成。 由供应商决定使用怎样的开发过程和客户报告方式。可以使用APQP或类似的方法。供应商的质量管理体系必须确保有系统的加以适当控制。这类项目开发通常包括标准产品的提交。 Classification of Projects项目分类 PE 1: In combination with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submission level 2, 3, 4 or 5 PE 2: In combination with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submission level 2, 3 or 4 PE 3: In combination with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submission level 1 or 2 PE 1: 和PPAP(生产部件批准过程)一起,则提交等级是2, 3, 4 或5 PE 2: 和PPAP(生产部件批准过程)一起,则提交等级是2, 3 或4 PE 3: 和PPAP(生产部件批准过程)一起,则提交等级是 1或2 3.4 Monitoring Project Progress 项目进展的监控 To ensure a simple and structured procedure for monitoring progress made on the project, the APQP method should be used. The APQP report is used for reporting purposes. 为了保证对项目进展的监控是简单而有条理的,我们应该选用APQP这种方法。 APQP报告是用来报告目地的。 If changes are made during the course of the project which affect documents that have already been created, all relevant documents must also be changed accordingly.
